President’s Chief of Staff left on working visit to Russia

Secretariat Chief of Staff Viktor Baloha is in Moscow today to prepare Victor Yushchenko’s visit to the Russian capital.

He is going to meet with Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Grigoriy Karasin, Secretary of the Security Council Igor Ivanov and Kremlin Chief of Staff Sergey Sobyanin.

They are expected to speak about a 2007-2008 Ukraine-Russia action plan, a strategic partnership declaration and a memorandum on gas cooperation.
