It says the PM returns to his old habits of corporal punishment. The reason was the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers.

Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych was the first victim of the PM. The latter carpeted him but the conversation was too short. Mr. Lavrynovych ran out into the street and got into a car. According to unconfirmed information, Mr. Yanukovych punched Mr. Lavrynovych in the chest and when the latter fell, the PM kicked him in the region of kidney.

But the source could not specify what Mr. Lavrynovych’s fault was.

As for Anatoliy Tolstoukhov, he promised to publish the Law on the Cabinet but failed.

The source notifies the PM beat his subordinate in the liver without saying a word.

As the source grievously jokes, the Orange Revolution made Mr. Yanukovych be more cautious for now he is  beating people in the internals leaving no bruises.

Yet doubts are cast upon all the abovementioned. The press-secretary of Mr. Lavrynovych revealed the minister was in a business trip to Lviv the very same day he had been allegedly beaten.
