“The company’s managers have been spending public funds for paying bonuses to Naftohaz chairman and his deputies up to 8 times a month.”

From November 2005 till March 2006 former Naftohaz Chairman and his 4 deputies received over UAH 700 thousand in bonuses.

“Following such actions the bonus fund has increased by UAH 3.2 million for the first half year of 2006. This provided the OPG grounds to file lawsuit against the former Naftohaz chief,” notified Mrs. Kornyakova.

Earlier the OPG instituted legal proceedings against Mr. Ivchenko for power abuse causing grave consequences.
