Yushchenko met with women lawmakers representing parliamentary majority

Victor Yushchenko has met with women lawmakers representing the parliamentary majority of the dissolved Verkhovna Rada, according to the President`s press-office.

      The President told them why he had disbanded parliament and how to resolve the political crisis. He said a transparently held snap election was a lawful instrument to do it. Yushchenko also insisted that the country’s political forces must unite to resolve social problems.

      He gave each of them an Easter egg.
