A mining accident in Ukraine left four miners dead and a fifth injured, government officials said Saturday, according to UPI.
The Ministry for Emergency Situations of Ukraine said the accident occurred Friday night in the mine Yubileinaya in Krivoi Rog, Itar-Tass reported Saturday.

The government officials said the five crew members were dismantling boring equipment at a depth of about 3,600 feet when the roof`s timbering unexpectedly sagged.
A commission was established to investigate the accident.
