Yekhanurov to raise gas prices for population by another 50%

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov stresses the necessity to raise gas prices for the population by another 50%.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he disclosed this to “Era” radio today.

“The rise [of the gas price] since 1 May was just a warming-up”, said the Prime Minister, adding that presently they must make strict decisions.

According to Yuri Yekhanurov, the rise in price since 1 May was “nothing”.

As UNIAN reported earlier, since 1 May, the prices of gas and electrical energy for the population increased by 25%.
