Two people perished as result of hurricane in Kherson Oblast

In Nova Kahovka city of the Kherson Oblast two people, 20-years old woman and 3-years old child, lethally injured as a result falling tree at the time of hurricane.

According to Emergency Situations and Population Protection from Consequences of Chornobyl Catastrophe Department of Oblast State Administration, 28 years old man also got craniocerebral trauma and other injuries. Injured person is taken to state hospital.

In addition, 24 settlements of the Oblast and partially Kherson and Nova Kahovka cities are deenergized. In particular, 11 settlements in Kahovka region left without power supply, 10 in Boryslav region and 3 in Nyzhnesyrogos region. 30% of Nova Kahovka city and 24 substations in Kherson are deenergized.
