Yanukovych visits grave of his spiritual father in Donetsk

Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych says that he arrived today to the Donetsk Oblast “to bow to his spiritual father Zosima”.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this today to journalists in Nykolske village, upon visiting a mass of the St. Nikolskiy temple.

“I came to the native land in order to bow to my spiritual father Zosima, it is 5 years since his death today. I arrived to bow to his grave”, said V. Yanukovych.

Archimandrite Zosima, who took vows of great schema, is known in not only Donbass region, also far outside. He was the spiritual father of the whole Donetsk Eparchy priesthood, brethren and nuns of the monasteries, founded by him, and also the beloved priest of numerous laypeople for over 25 years.
