President leaves for Chernigiv region

Victor Yushchenko left for Chernigiv region, according to the President`s press-office.

The main objective of President`s visits to the regions of Ukraine in August and September is to deliver his social initiatives directly to people.

Yushchenko plans to evaluate the readiness of schools for the new academic year.

He will meet teachers in Ivanivka and Kolychivka villages, as well as participate in the meeting of the Education Board of Chernigiv Taras Chevchenko State Pedagogic University.

President will also visit Chernigiv Radio Devices Plant and meet the press.
