Government to set up Ukrainian fuel and energy concern

The Cabinet of Ministers is about to set up a vertically integrated, effectively operating energy company in a form of the Ukrainian fuel and energy concern.

These plans are laid down in the Agreement on regional development of the Donetsk Oblast, signed on September 15 between the Government and the Donetsk Oblast Council.

It is planned to create the company on the basis of the National Coal Producer Company, the National Energy Generating Company and the National Energy Supplying Company.
