The issue of the meat import from Poland will be solved as soon as the Polish vet services produces Ukraine with its plan of measures, aimed at preventing of the low-quality import to Ukraine. Chief state veterinary inspector of Ukraine Ivan Bisiuk claimed this to a press conference in Kyiv today.
“We demand that the Polish veterinary service provide Ukraine with its plan of complex actions for preventing the import of low-quality production. The problem will not be solved until the Polish side provides us with the plan of actions”, I.Bisiuk said.
He stressed that Ukraine had significant grounds to ban the meat import from Poland. At that time, the Polish vet service was not able to control the situation, and low-quality production was coming to the Ukrainian territory.
