Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine create joint peacemaking battalion
Military experts discuss this issue in Vilnius
A working meeting of Lithuanian, Ukrainian, and Polish military expert has opened in Vilnius today. The participants of the meeting will consider issues concerning creating a joint peacemaking subdivision “UkrPolLithBat”.
According to the Defense Ministry’s press-service, during the session, three countries’ military experts will propose and discuss projects of their national concepts, trilateral and technical agreements on creating UkrPolLithBat.
Besides, experts will agree their further joint steps and will adopt a plan on creating the joint peacemaking subdivision.
The Ukrainian military delegation is headed by deputy chief of the Ukrainian Land Forces HQ colonel Volodymyr Ohryzko.
