As for November 15, specialists of the Ukrainian National Weather Center forecast complicated weather conditions. In the morning and during the day Ukraine will see snow, sleet, and heavy precipitations in all the regions, except for some areas in the north and east. The night temperature will be 4-9 Celsius degrees below zero, in the north and east – 12 Celsius degrees below zero; the day temperature – from 2 Celsius degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero.
The wind is expected south-eastern, 7-12 m/s, with blow up to 20 m/s from time to time. The south of the country will see wind up to 25 m/s.
On November 16, Ukraine will see heavy precipitations and snowstorms. The night temperature will be 0-5 Celsius degrees of frost, the day temperature – from 2 Celsius degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero. The wind is expected south-eastern, 7-12 m/s, with blow up to 20 m/s from time to time. The south of the country will see wind up to 25 m/s. The ground will be covered with ice.
