Should the state annul a privatization agreement with an investor, the latter may appeal against this decision in court.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko claimed this to journalists today, commenting on the statements about introducing amendments into the law on privatization, made by President’s deputy Chief of Staff Oleksander Shlapak.

“The investor has a right to turn to court, and the state has a right to annul an agreement, if the provisions of this agreement are not implemented”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.

“If there is a discussion concerning the application of these or that norms, we will hold this discussion and achieve common decisions. There are no conflicts currently between the President and the government”, Yulia Tymoshenko said.
