Verka and Ruslana, who both represented Ukraine in 2007 and 2004 respectively, are said to be the `big names` that the German broadcaster was looking for to give some extra popularity to the show. Verka of course came second with the infamous ``Dancing lasha tumbai``, whilst Rulana went one better in Istanbul with ``Wild Dances``.
