Ukraine's Interior Ministry has postponed the launch of a system for automatic photo and video recording of traffic violations over the current quarantine restrictions.
The ministry recalled that the pilot project for automatic recording of traffic offenses had been presented on March 12.
The launch of the system was scheduled for May 1.

However, on March 11, the government introduced quarantine measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
These restrictions partially relate to the work of certain units of the National Police and other organizations involved in the work of the automatic recording system.
Therefore, the ministry has decided to postpone the launch of the system until the quarantine is over.
