"A tank was on the line of fire. It was supposed to be withdrawn under the Minsk accords. It was spotted despite the occupiers' efforts to camouflage it thoroughly. An 'unidentified third force,' hit the target a few times  from weapons of the unidentified caliber. The tank has not been destroyed, but seriously damaged," the volunteer wrote on Facebook on August 17.
