The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has said Russian-led forces installed a camera and an antenna inside the disengagement area near the town of Zolote.

"Inside the disengagement area near Zolote (government-controlled, 60km west of Luhansk), the SMM saw for the first time a north-facing camera and an antenna installed on an electric pylon about 150m north-east of the checkpoint of the armed formations," the OSCE said in a daily report of December 31, 2019.

It is noted throughout the day, on the northern edge of the disengagement area, the SMM saw four Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel and, on the area's southern edge, it saw three members of the armed formations (wearing armbands with "JCCC" written on them).
