Defense Ministry: No 'parade' and execution of Ukrainian prisoners in Donetsk
Ukrainian Defense Ministry has agreed with the pro-Russian militants that there will be no "parade" and execution of the Ukrainian prisoners in Donbas, Vasyl Budyk, an adviser to the Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister, wrote on Facebook on Friday.
"At the moment, we have an agreement. There will be no parade of prisoners. There will be no execution of our prisoners. We have reached an agreement on humane treatment of prisoners," he said.
According to Budyk, the Ministry of Defense has also corrected mistakes, which led to the disruption of the exchange of 13 Ukrainian POWs for 13 detained militants.
