"The last day was absolutely calm in the Donbas conflict zone. The militants did not violate the ceasefire. From midnight to 06:00 on October 3, the Kremlin-backed mercenaries were not using weapons along the demarcation line. At the moment, the ATO forces remain at certain positions. Additional equipment of the defense line is underway," the report says.

At the same time, according to the ATO headquarters, people from the temporarily occupied territories are dissatisfied by the actions of the self-proclaimed republics.

In particular, the residents of Luhansk region are angered by a 6% tax, which the customers of Ukrainian banks are required to pay when withdrawing cash in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic terrorist organization, the ATO press service said.

At the same time, the city of Donetsk has serious problems at the filling stations. Despite the fact that the militants have enough fuel for their needs, the locals should buy it with significant margins. There is not enough fuel at the filling stations, and it is of low quality, the ATO headquarters said.
