Russian proxies' troops continue massing near Donetsk – ATO HQ
The Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) press center reports that Russian-backed militant troops continue massing near the militant-controlled city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.
"Cases have been recorded when illegal armed groups continue building up their troops near Donetsk in violation of the Minsk agreements. Relocation of up to 10 tanks and 10 infantry fighting vehicles with seven trucks from the town of Shakhtarsk to Donetsk has been observed," the ATO press center wrote on Facebook.
The ATO HQ also shared information that "a high-ranking official has arrived from the reserve command of the Southern Military District [headquartered] in Rostov-on-Don, Russia" to plan and coordinate operations in the abovementioned area.
