ATO forces clash with "DPR" unit near Mariupol
A one-hour direct military clash between the Ukrainian armed forces and the DPR unit took place near the strategic port city of Mariupol controlled by the Ukrainian government, Mariupol's city online news resource 0629 has reported.
According to a press officer of the Mariupol sector Oleksandr Kindsfater, at 18:55 Kyiv time on February 1, a subversive reconnaissance group of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) moved to the Ukrainian army positions near the village of Pyschevyk.
A military clash lasted until 19:40 Kyiv time.

"At 21:25, 23:15, and 23:17, the DPR units started firing rocket-propelled grenades and small arms on the Ukrainian positions near the town of Maryinka. The Ukrainian servicemen didn't fire back," the report says.
The information on casualties among the Ukrainian soldiers is being specified.
