"In early May, nearly $19 million in cash was delivered from the Rostov region of Russia to the 'DPR' through the border checkpoint of Marynivka to ensure the functioning of local authorities and day-to-day operations of military units of Russian Armed Forces," according to the intelligence agency, Ukraine Today reports.
