Sixty-six barrages targeting Ukrainian positions were recorded from 00:00 to 18:00 local time on that day, it said.
The occupiers used Grad BM-21 multiple rocket launchers to shell the village of Halytsynivka in the Donetsk sector, while 152mm and 122mm artillery systems and 120mm and 82mm mortars were engaged to fire on the town of Avdiyivka and the villages of Luhanske and Troyitske. Simultaneously, Luhanske and Pisky, a village next to the ruined Donetsk airport, were attacked by main battle tanks.

The Russian proxies continued using the prohibited weapons in the Luhansk sector as well. They used 152mm artillery systems to shell the village of Novozvanivka, while 120mm and 82 mortar shells were lobbed into the villages of Troyitske and Novozvanivka, and the town of Popasna. The village of Krymske came under fire from grenade launchers.
