"As of 07:00 on March 30, there is no centralized power supply; water supplies to the town have been suspended. Central heating is provided by a local coke plant," the report said.

According to the emergency services, 4,000 cubic meters of water had been pumped into a local reservoir.

As UNIAN reported earlier, a 110 kV high-voltage transmission line was damaged on March 29 amid fighting, leading to a suspension of power supplies to some 22,000 residents of Avdiyivka, the local coke plant, and Donetsk filtering station – provided of water supplies.
