"Intelligence reports say that the militants are engaged in military drills in the occupied areas, active aerial reconnaissance is being conducted and Russia continues to deliver military hardware," Defense Ministry speaker for Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday, August 28, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
