People in "DPR"-held area outraged by Zakharchenko's ban on travel to Ukraine – journalist
Residents in areas controlled by the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") have negatively reacted to order No. 363 by its leader, Alexander Zakharchenko, banning travel to the Ukrainian-controlled territory, according to Ukrainian journalist Denys Kazansky.
"Even 'lawmakers' in the 'DPR' have been shocked by a new decree by Zakharchenko, who forbade teachers, doctors and librarians to leave Donbas and enter Ukraine," Kazansky wrote on Facebook and posted a screenshot of the Facebook page of Anastasia Selivanova, "member of the People's Council of the DPR."
Teachers and doctors will not be able to visit their relatives living in areas controlled by Ukraine.
