Yekaterina Vologzheninova of Yekaterinburg had to sign a pledge not to leave the city and had her electronic devices confiscated after posting links to short films such as those depicting Ukraine’s fight against Russian-backed insurgents in the Donbas, Ukraine Today reports.

Vologzheninova denies charges of provoking ethnic hatred and says that she has nothing to do with any nationalist groups.

Earlier, similar charges were made in Russia against civil society groups which had been investigating Russia’s involvement in the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
