Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko expects that consideration by the State Council (Duma) of the Russian Federation of an issue on Ukraine’s fulfillment of engagements envisaged by the Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership will result in stirring up of cooperation between two states, according to the government’s press-office.

“I hope that after the Russian State Duma’s reconsideration, this agreement will be only conceptually enhanced,” Yulia Tymoshenko stated at a press conference, answering the journalists’ questions.
