A growing number of NATO leaders see Russia as the maximum threat to global security following bold-faced annexation of Ukrainian Crimea in 2014 and invasion in Donbas, according to Ukraine Today.
Despite Russia being perceived as NATO’s potential adversary, Moscow officials have been officially invited to observe the drills, which, as many believe, may give them an opportunity to spot weaknesses of the NATO Response Force.
