"Vladimir Putin and Lavrov and all these people, who are legitimate leaders of a sovereign state, who are bluntly lying,” Browder says, according to Ukraine Today. “And not just bluntly lying on television, but bluntly lying to the face of Barack Obama and Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande. That's the first problem.”
The second problem is that even if they get caught lying, they continue to lie, according to Browder.
