He called the document "long-expected"

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko is confident that Russia will not dare to violate the new regulations for Black Sea Fleet ships on the Ukrainian territory.

He said this in the air of TV 5 Kanal on Thursday evening.

“If Russia is a member of the international community, they must not spit upon others. And you know, considering the reaction of the international community, when none of the countries has officially, publicly spoken in support of the actions undertaken by Russia… One should know how to drive in such a foreign political isolation. That is why I don’t believe that there will be sober-minded people in Russia who will work in such a way”, V.Ohryzko said.

On the whole, V.Ohryzko called the President’s decree on the Black Sea Fleet long-expected.
