United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has arrived in Georgia for talks with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili. She`s in Tbilisi to urge the Georgian leader to sign a six-point peace deal brokered by France. She told reporters accompanying her on the plane that the immediate goal is to get Russian troops out of Georgia. But Rice said the US would only act in Georgia`s best interests. Rice came from France after holding talks on Thursday with French President Nicolas Sarkozy about the peace deal, which Sarkozy and his Russian counterpart Dmitri Medvedev reached in Moscow on Tuesday.
