Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has no intention of requesting the dismissal of Foreign Minister Boris Tarasyuk, the deputy chief of the presidential secretariat, Alexander Chaly, said on Wednesday, according to Itar-Tass.

“The president’s position on this issue is very clear, and even after the request from Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich it remains unchanged. The demand for resignation is unacceptable, and he made the decision to reject it,” Chaly said.
