President Victor Yushchenko and his chief of staff, Viktor Baloha, met with PACE members Hanne Severinsen and Renate Wohlwend on Monday, according to the President`s press-office.

The President complained that changes to the constitution passed in 2004 undermined stability in Ukraine, disrupted the work of the Prosecutor General’s Office, courts and the Interior Ministry, and deprived him of most of the legal instruments to react to these challenges.
