According to the forecast balances of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, in the new agricultural year Russia will decrease grain exports as minimum by 5 times, according to www.agrimarket.info. The export volumes will total nearly 4.5 mln tonnes.

According to the materials of the Ministry, in July 2010, the country exported 1.6 mln tonnes of grain, and till August 15, when export ban comes into force, the country plans to export nearly 0.7 mln tonnes. At the same time, the tenders obligations total 0.5 mln tonnes of grains. Thus, export volumes will total 2.8 mln tonnes.
