Conference on planning See Breeze-2008 exercises opened in Kyiv today

A conference on planning joint Ukrainian-American naval training See Breeze-2008 opened in Kyiv today.

According to the press-service of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine, the aim of measure is to work out a concept of the upcoming maneuvers, to determine the participant countries and the probable period of carrying out certain stages of the exercise.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces of Ukraine are represented by a working group of the Military Collaboration Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Naval Forces and Land Forces leadership.

The conference will finish on 12 October.
