Sarkozy congratulated Tymoshenko

France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy congratulated Yulia Tymoshenko on her appointment to the Prime Minister position, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.

Mr. Sarkozy’s letter addressed to Mrs. Tymoshenko is posted on the French President’s official web site.

“Madame Prime Minister, Dear Yulia,” starts Mr. Sarkozy’s greeting.

“Let me congratulate you on your appointment as the Ukrainian government head,” says Mr. Sarkozy’s letter.

“Due to your immense responsibilities you have gained again and to which you will dedicate all your talent and tenacity you can bank upon France’s full support for political stability, independence, prosperity and rapprochement to European Union”, says the letter.
