R.Bohatyryova expressed a hope that the agreement will be signed after the session of the bilateral Yushchenko-Putin commission. “I think the scenario that we adopted today will allow us signing the protocol after the session”, R.Bohatyryova stressed.

Speaking about her today’s meetings with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and RF Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov, R.Bohatyryova disclosed that they focused on preparing the session of the inter-state Ukrainian-Russian commission. In particular, they discussed issues, which may be put for consideration of the commission, first of all, in the sphere of the commission’s operation in 2008.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the Yushchenko-Putin Commission session is fixed for 12 February in Moscow.
