On May 22, Simferopol-based Kyiv district "court" in Russian-occupied Crimea chose a preventive measure for journalist, one of the coordinators of Crimean Solidarity NGO, Server Mustafayev.
"Server Mustafayev was arrested until June 9. The hearing was held behind closed doors. Now the 'court' is considering a preventive measure for another Crimean Tatar Eden Smailov, detained near Bakhchisaray on May 21," the NGO said in a statement.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian security forces conducted searches in the houses of Smailov and Mustafayev in Bakhchisaray.
