President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko says his is confident all agreements with Ukraine will be implemented.

"Today we are meeting here, face to face, to once again synchronize our watches and discuss the agenda of our relations, and agree [on it]. I am sure that everything we agree on will be fulfilled," he said at the event on October 4.
"I want to assure you that we will be scrupulously fulfilling our agreements," he said.
Lukashenko also assured Zelensky that Ukraine would never have problems at the Belarusian border.
"You have never had any problems from the territory of Belarus and with Belarus, you will never have them. We will always be the most kind and reliable of your supporters and partners," he said.
