Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed incumbent Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsya as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations.

"To appoint Serhiy Olehovych Kyslytsya as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations," according to a presidential decree of December 18.

Kyslytsya has been Deputy Foreign Minister since March 2014.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Zelensky on December 18 appointed Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States.
