The new decree is available on the president's official website.

The president instructed the Ukrainian government to allocate funds for the demobilization and take other related measures within its authority.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the State Special Transport Service were tasked to ensure demobilization, transportation, provision of clothes and food during the transportation of the demobilized servicemen to the place of their residence.
