WSJ: US to expand training of Ukrainian soldiers

Chief of Staff of the United States Army General Raymond T. Odierno said that the Ukrainian government had clearly expressed a desire to expand the scale of training.

The general said that he supported Ukraine's plans to expand the potential of training grounds.
