Tochytskyi earlier worked as Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe / Photo from UNIAN
The decree was signed on February 4, the presidential administration said.
President signed the other decree to appoint Tochytskyi ambassador of Ukraine to Belgium.
Prior to such appointments, Tochytskyi was Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.
