Donbas: Russia snubs meeting of political, security subgroups at TCG

The Russian side refused to attend a meeting of the political and security subgroups within the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas settlement, the Ukrainian delegation reported Thursday, November 19.

"Unfortunately, despite the offer of the Ukrainian delegation, representatives of the OSCE, the foreign ministries of France and Germany, the Russian side refused to attend a meeting of the political and security subgroups," the statement says.
