A woman hospitalized with the novel coronavirus in the town of Radomyshl in Ukraine's Zhytomyr region is in serious condition.
"This morning, the woman was connected to an artificial lung ventilation apparatus, she is in serious condition," as was reported at a briefing in Zhytomyr Regional State Administration on Friday, an UNIAN correspondent reports.

It is noted the woman consulted a doctor too late.
She will not be transported to the town of Zhytomyr, but will be treated in Radomyshl.
At the same time, a state of emergency has been introduced in Radomyshl amid the coronavirus case. However, the situation is calm now, anti-epidemic measures are being carried out.
As UNIAN reported earlier, two new cases of Covid-19 coronavirus were confirmed in Ukraine on March 12. Cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in a woman of retirement age from Zhytomyr region and a man from Chernivtsi region, whose wife had been in Italy for the past 14 days.
