Militants do not allow Red Cross humanitarian aid entering Donetsk

According to the report, the vehicles were transporting 255 tonnes of food, hygiene products and building materials for residents of Donetsk region.

"However, these cars were not allowed moving on the militant-controlled territory of Ukraine due to lack of certain permitting documents," the report says.

Thus, more than 250 tonnes of humanitarian aid didn’t get to those who needed it, according to the State Border Guard Service,
