The number of total confirmed COVID-19 coronavirus cases has already exceeded 1.2 million worldwide.

As many as 1,203,099 COVID-19 cases were reported by the Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases dashboard by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University as of 08:30 Kyiv time on April 5.
The top five countries include the United States with 312,146 confirmed cases, Spain with 126,168, Italy with 124,632, Germany with 96,092, and France with 90,848. Then comes China with 82, 574 confirmed cases.
The highest death tolls were reported in Italy (15,362 people) and Spain (11,947).
The total death toll worldwide was 64,774 people.
Some 246,893 people have recovered.
As of 10:00 Kyiv time on April 5, Ukraine had confirmed 1,251 cases, including 32 deaths and 25 recoveries.
