Kyiv authorities ban sale of alcohol at night
Kyiv City Council has introduced limitations on the sale of alcohol via retail outlets at night, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
The decision scored 86 votes out of 100 local council members.
The ban concerns hard liquors, beer and low-alcohol drinks.
It will be in effect from 22:00 to 10:00 local time in the morning.
